1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing or using PK2026 Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and delete any installed APK or application files.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PK2026.Bet. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15 below.
2. Age Restriction (18+ Only)
PK2026.Bet is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age for gambling activity in your jurisdiction of residence.
We employ age verification checks including date-of-birth validation, ID document review and transaction monitoring. Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited and any remaining balance refunded minus bonuses. Underage gambling is a criminal offense in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesia and most jurisdictions we operate in.
3. Account Creation Rules
3.1 One Account Per User
Each individual user is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account on PK2026 Game. The following are strictly prohibited: duplicate accounts, accounts registered under false identities, shared accounts, accounts created using family members' or third-party credentials, and account transfers or sales between users.
Violation of the one-account rule will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings and VIP tier benefits, and permanent ban from the pk2026 bet platform.
3.2 ID / KYC Verification
All users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing their first withdrawal or upon reaching cumulative deposits of 50,000 PKR (or equivalent). Required documentation includes: government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, driver license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
We reserve the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including biometric verification, source-of-funds documentation and video call confirmation. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of request will result in account restrictions including withdrawal suspension and bonus clawback.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
PK2026 Game accepts deposits via supported payment methods including bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, UPI and cryptocurrency where available. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in funds being held pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed 24/7 with a typical processing time of 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts. Minimum withdrawal is 1,000 PKR (or equivalent). We reserve the right to apply withdrawal limits based on VIP tier, request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding 500,000 PKR, and charge network fees for certain payment methods. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit, where applicable.
5. Wagering Requirements — 20x Rollover
All deposit amounts, bonus credits and winnings generated from bonuses are subject to a minimum twenty (20x) wagering requirement before any associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated as (deposit amount + bonus amount) × 20.
Wagering contribution varies by game category: slots (JILI, PG, WG) contribute 100%, Aviator contributes 75%, live casino table games contribute 25%, and sports betting contributes 50%. Progressive jackpot wagers do not contribute to wagering. Bonus funds must be wagered within 7 days of credit; unused bonus expires and is removed from the account automatically.
6. First-Deposit Bonus — 29% Terms
New users are eligible for a 29% first-deposit match bonus up to a maximum of 29,000 PKR. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of 1,000 PKR. The bonus is credited automatically upon successful deposit and is subject to the 20x rollover wagering requirement as described in Section 5.
First-deposit bonus may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device fingerprint and payment method. Bonus abuse including but not limited to arbitrage betting, zero-margin wagering, hedge betting and guaranteed-profit strategies is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation, winnings forfeiture and account suspension. This bonus cannot be combined with other welcome or introductory offers.
7. VIP Rebate — 5.00% to 20.26% Tier Rules
PK2026.Bet operates a five-tier VIP loyalty program with automatic tier-upgrades based on cumulative monthly wagering volume. VIP rebate percentages are calculated on net gaming loss per calendar week as follows: Bronze (5.00% on losses ≥ 10,000 PKR), Silver (8.50% on losses ≥ 50,000 PKR), Gold (12.00% on losses ≥ 200,000 PKR), Platinum (16.50% on losses ≥ 500,000 PKR), Crown (20.26% on losses ≥ 2,000,000 PKR).
VIP rebate is credited every Monday at 00:00 Asia/Karachi time and is subject to 1x wagering (turnover only) before withdrawal. VIP tier status is reviewed monthly; users failing to maintain minimum monthly wagering will be downgraded. VIP benefits including personal account manager, exclusive tournaments, higher withdrawal limits and special birthday bonuses are non-transferable. We reserve the right to adjust VIP tier criteria, rebate percentages and benefits at any time with 15 days' prior notice.
8. JILI / PG / WG / Aviator Gameplay Rules
8.1 Maximum Bets and Game Limits
Maximum bet limits apply per game and per spin as published within each JILI, PG, WG and Spribe Aviator game client. Single-spin maximums range from 5,000 PKR to 500,000 PKR depending on game volatility and VIP tier. Exceeding published bet limits through technical manipulation or client modification is a material breach of these Terms.
8.2 Voided Wagers
Wagers will be voided in the following circumstances: game server malfunction or data corruption, disconnection during a live round affecting outcome integrity, proven use of automated scripts or prediction bots on Aviator, placement of wagers after result determination, or wager placement using compromised or exploited game logic. Voided wagers will be returned to the account balance; associated winnings will be removed.
8.3 RNG Fairness
All slot games from JILI, PG and WG providers, and the Aviator crash game from Spribe, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are mathematically provably fair with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP values are theoretical long-term averages; short-term session variance can and will produce significant deviations from expected returns. No guarantee of specific session outcomes or win rates is expressed or implied.
9. Grand Partner Referral Program
9.1 Standard Referral — 1,500 PKR Reward
Grand Partner affiliates earn 1,500 PKR for each referred player who completes registration, makes a minimum first deposit of 3,000 PKR, and achieves 10,000 PKR in cumulative wagering turnover. Referral rewards are credited to the partner's commission wallet within 24 hours of referee qualification and are withdrawable with 1x turnover only.
9.2 Advanced Referral — 600 PKR Reward
Additionally, Grand Partners earn a recurring 600 PKR advanced reward for each active referral who generates a minimum monthly loss of 20,000 PKR for three consecutive calendar months. Advanced rewards are paid monthly in arrears. Referral link attribution uses 90-day cookie tracking and Android install referrer verification. Self-referrals, fake accounts, synthetic traffic and incentivized sign-ups are prohibited and will result in commission clawback and account termination.
10. Weekly Ranking Battle Prizes
PK2026 Game operates weekly ranking battle tournaments where players compete based on total wagering turnover, total win amount or specific game achievement metrics as published for each battle week. Prize pools typically range from 500,000 PKR to 5,000,000 PKR distributed across the top 100 ranked players.
Rankings are finalized at 23:59 Asia/Karachi every Sunday. Prizes are credited to winners' bonus wallets within 48 hours and are subject to 3x wagering requirement with 7-day expiration. We reserve the right to disqualify participants suspected of rank manipulation, bot-assisted wagering, minimum-risk betting patterns or collusion. All ranking decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
11. Prohibited Conduct
11.1 Collusion and Multi-Accounting
Any form of player collusion, chip dumping, result sharing, coordinated betting or ring gaming across PK2026.Bet tables or tournaments is strictly prohibited. Operating multiple accounts or using VPN/proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, IP bans or one-account-per-user rules will result in permanent platform ban.
11.2 Botting and Automated Play
Use of automated betting bots, scripts, AI-powered prediction tools (including Aviator predictor apps), macro recorders, browser extensions that modify game client behavior, or any third-party software designed to gain unfair gameplay advantage is forbidden. We employ heuristic monitoring and device fingerprinting to detect automated play patterns.
11.3 VPN and Fraud
Using VPN, Tor, proxy servers, IP spoofing or location-masking tools to access PK2026 Game from restricted jurisdictions or to disguise your true location for bonus or referral fraud is a serious violation. Confirmed VPN fraud will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant anti-fraud databases.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PK2026.Bet, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, game providers (JILI, PG, WG, Spribe) and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms for any direct claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount of deposits you have made to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) 100,000 PKR. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. Suspensions and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, underage gambling, multi-accounting, botting, collusion or any other activity that threatens the integrity of PK2026 Game. Suspended accounts will be investigated within 30 days; confirmed violations result in permanent termination and balance forfeiture.
You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a closure request to 24/7 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable balance (after wagering completion) will be processed within 15 business days. Closed accounts may not be reopened for a minimum of 6 months and reactivation is subject to KYC re-verification.
14. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, PK2026 Game services or your account shall first be submitted to our internal dispute resolution team via support ticket with full supporting documentation. We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 business days of receipt.
If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan for resolution of any litigation or legal proceedings. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
15. Amendment Policy
We reserve the right to amend, modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes (including but not limited to wagering requirements, bonus structure, VIP tier rules, liability caps or jurisdictional clauses) will be announced via in-app banner, email notification and published on this page at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the effective date.
Non-material changes including grammatical corrections, formatting updates, new game provider references or administrative clarifications take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of PK2026.Bet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
